yes but the dangerous thing is this JV could happen without any future involvement of PASO shareholders. This product could just as well rollout without CLX being a publicly traded company. there are advantages to that but there are also many headaches. if this product has many applications these "big" players could just as well IPO this in a year's time.

so if JG wants CLX and PASO united in the effort these parties...CLX and PASO are sure dragging their feet. are they cold?

Yep, and the contracts unleashed will drive the valuation metrics on the fully audited fins that accompany the DA filing right cheers!!!
