Yep, SCOTUS was contemplating revisiting Humphreys Executor during CFPB Oral arguments and something tells me that will happen before the ACA and Collins cases are over. That would also have bearing on The Federal Reserve too. Thar's a war on for da Constitution in case nobody's noticed :-D

True, but have you ever read one of their cases where they invalidated a statute that wasn't IMMEDIATELY AT ISSUE IN THE BRIEFINGS?

I think most of the Amendment Acts in HERA, are mostly minor Amendments that have already been carried out, like HOPE loan program, FHA Technology improvements, etc.
