Old news and I read it all years ago. If you read it you perhaps saw that Armen did not and was not required to admit that he did anything wrong. Did you happen to read that??

Wow, there's not an OTC-Conman Instatrader didn't love.

I was hoping RXMD was different or had turned-over a new leaf.

So far it sure doesn't appear that way.

I bet Armen is a smooth-talker on the phone - not a surprise he has so many on his side.

Maybe this time he'll pull a rabbit out of the hat and everyone will be rich... or not.

Shhhh! "quiet period"!

What's next? NDA?

WOW. 132 count complaint against Armen by FINRA of malfeasance, nonfeasance and misfeasance. I was a broker for 35 years. These charges were the worst collection of violations I've ever seen, and I've seen some bad ones. This is Wolf of Wall Street stuff, psychopathic, pathological, maleficent.
In four separate non-registered company stock offerings, Armen solicited stock sales to customers and his same M.O. was to tell customers there was a "impending IPO" of the non-registered security he was soliciting. "It will be the next Google!" Which never happened, all the companies were frauds and he knew it. Question. How does a man go from being a total fraud and criminal to completely legit? Please tell me this guy isn't going to end up on an episode of CNBC's "American Greed"!!! Has he gone from conning brokerage clients to conning shareholders? By the way, CEO Jay Weisberg, is mentioned in count 104. For those reasons, I'm out.

The last time I mentioned that, and it was a couple of years ago, I was told by most, it was awhile back, he's changed, etc., it wasn't a thing to say on this board.
