The good thing is all have been said and done in this case in the past 11 years AND Judge already set up the SECI trial date..November 9, 2020.

Defendants already asked and lost the Summary Judgement so this is going to be a quick 5 day trial. This is HUGE victory for SECI already! :-)

here is what a Summay Judgement means in a Civil trial. Defendants lost the Summary Judgement that they asked for. Judge denied it.
