Here is the question. Why would AMAG not sell an easy to sell drug? Furthermore, why would they then pay 16 million bucks in a penalty default for non performance when all they had to do was put the Vyleesi in their salesforce pouch? It is another arrow in the quiver.
$16 million payout for non performance. Go figure. This company is either being stifled on purpose or about to release the kracken. I wish I knew someone on the inside of either AMAG or PTN.

My suspicion is they are up to no good for shareholders.
