The float is 5.3 mill shares. The new O/S number is closely held by insider for poison pill imo. There are a couple ways to go about an anti-takeover. It appears they chose to go this route. The O/S and A/S has been structured for the uplist ideal scenario when an IPO underwriting is likely imo. There are no new shares out in the market. It's apparent to me you really haven't done any DD and have no idea how big the revenues are expected to climb. The HY-IQ will be the only approved non chemical, non-toxic sanitizer in the world when approved. That my friend is Billions and Billions. The world sales in sanitization products has passed $5 Trillion. How much you think APHEX will get of that market when Alcohol, BZK and Quants are shut down ?
There is NO COMPETITION TO THIS PRODUCT. That's why they are getting the ingredient HY-IQ approved by the FDA. They will be the first and the last.
