Another scenario we see. They may be diluting out all the notes and warrants and preferred, then begin buying piece meal. I have not watched the volume closely and don't have a good feel for this so it is just a guess. So they could be doing that and insiders are positioning for a new sales strategy with another pharmaceutical company similar to AMAG that has a better sales reach and capacity. AMAG has a gag order so not to reveal some material facts for a number of future years that the SEC approved. I am inclined to believe it has to do with the PTN sales agreement. The two companies may well be connected enough to be fleecing the shareholders... of both companies theirs and PTN. That is called collusion and fraud.
That is what I want to hope at this point they are up to. It certainly doesn't make sense to jump off into other drug development and use the money they had for Velesi(sp) development unless they have a sound agreement in mind with another drug sales company.
