What has happened here the past 2 weeks is that dilutive shares have been dumped through CDEL. That was quite obvious. It's the 13M shares that the company issued in August.
The last 2 days were different. I think CDEL ran out of shares 2 days ago. What we have seen these past 2 days is a mix of retail selling, perhaps some shorting (CFGN showed up briefly) and perhaps more dilutive shares hitting the market if the company issued any (but I doubt it). I think it was mostly retail selling. People who loaded up with a max position and had to take some off the table. No doubt some shorting by MM's or hedge funds as well.
