It takes a company 5 minutes and a simple filing to increase a/s to 5B. Companies do it all the time. I remember when you all were saying NAFS's a low floater and denied dilution was beginning. No more denying, folks. This will likely be just another death spiral with a 20k/1 RS in the works. Toxic financing and subsequent dilution is enemy number one.

Just my opinion, but reasonable people have been been right about NAFS so far. Ss
