The advertising site OTCM- not an exchange, will most likely move l-r-dg to their phony 'expert' tier they made up for brokers to list grey stocks. On the expert tier, it's still a grey stock, still must have matching trades and not quoted. If really lucky, otcm will sneak l=r=dg on as pink, no information.
Which shouldn't be happening, but some stocks have slipped under the radar.
