Last year's October arguments receive opinions in December. The two SCOTUS conference dates are 12/4 and 12/11, so I expect a decision no later than 12/14.

Collins Lawyer originally stated the case would be heard by December with a decision by June so with oral arguments scheduled in October we should have a decision by April at the latest. Thanks for sharing :-)

They have already set the date for Oral arguments for Tuesday, October 13th.

LOL unbelievable they fooled us again. The case numbers do not match. You would think after 12 years we would know better. Nope fooled again. They got us. It’s okay it’s all good. But you have to admit it’s funny. We all will laugh about this at the Vegas party. Everybody on pins and needles.
