Usually, Preferred stocks are protected from R/S, but it is solely determined by the condition that the Company sets when issued. I think it might be a good idea to transfer some portion of our common shares
(maybe 50%?) to Preferred on Sep 18. It's my own speculation, It is totally your own choice!
