Ahh the old free shares fairytale. Unless somebody actually gave you shares you had to buy them . And you paid money for them . Meaning they were far from free . So if you sold shares and got your principal investment back the remaining shares would have been profit if you had of sold them . So you lost 100% of your profits and now own a worthless stock . Cool investment strategy on how not to make money.

So yeah there is no such thing as “interpretation” of the outcome of public company actions. The role of the Monitor and court is specifically to avoid that, or else the stock market would be utter chaos.

This is why it’s just critically, vitally important that there be NO HOPE here. You end up with people thinking “interpretations” are possible more than a year later.
