First, I don’t like seeking alpha nor did I post anything from them. Second their point was to the judge that they saw covid was going to send them into debt too far to recover so they filed BK. Their case is being proven by the latest find they released. Sure, they are throwing money out the window but they are flushing it all to legally say I told you so to investors. While I agree to begin with it never should have been in BK, JCP is purposely making their case to stay in BK stronger with help from JJ. He’s the one that let them keep pushing the time tables back and is giving them the opportunity to prove the stock worthless. They have done just that. The longer this goes on, the more Scuzburg will keep making JCP look bad on purpose. The judge would have to rule against himself for this to survive and he will not do that. This is dead
