Thanks, Gman, I see LCI has lost 66 people recently, they used to have 1020 now down to 954, could be attrition, according to yahoo. I wanted to ask, how does Nasrat converted stock effect a buy out/merger. I know from past that the buying company doesn't like warrants or future stock sales from employees hangen over there heads, they like to clean that up before a buy.
