I will put forth the following motions:

1. Convert the common stock to bearer bonds.

2. Redomicle the corporation in Madagascar.

3. Develop, market, and sell the product in the USA.

4. Invest in local Madagascar herbal COVID cure.

5. Invest those proceeds in a Madagascar high interest savings account which is converted to bearer bonds redeemable in the USA for gold, silver, USD, Russian Roubles, Iraqi Dinar, or Malagasy Ariary.

Then I will turn the floor over to general discussion.

In the short term tho, we should redomicle the USA division of the company in Wyoming to avoid these crazy taxes and fees in Delaware. We can always come back to Delaware later but at this stage in the game it makes no sense to have a revenue zero company operating there.
