That might explain why it happens but if doesn’t explain who gave the block to the mm to handle.
A good example is another Costello related company - CBGL.
Having regular t-trades. And if you compare the dates and sizes of those t-trades with the Form 4 by the toxic funders you will see the correlation.

T-trades are prearranged blocks to sell by the MM. the question always arises whose blocks are they. It is typically insiders, funders or promoters.

I documented T-Trades on that stock as well - so compare them to the Form 4 being filed by GHS. That is where those shares are coming from.
