The financing in 2015 took 7 months from initial S-1....... until I see an S-1a with all the blanks filled in I’m not going to get too excited about this happening soon.

I personally am hoping it takes longer. I am in the belief all investors will be better off with production coming out of prodigy BEFORE any uplist.
I'm hoping Kim also sees it this way.

Sure it will hurt the share price because of the silence now but I believe the potential damage to the share price after an uplist with no production could be MUCH worse. Especially if something goes wrong, once again, in the initial production phase.
