No kidding. Is he reading information that nobody else has or where is all this coming from. I don't think the people in the courtroom or the board room has as much information as he does, assuming all is correct information and not bloviating an opinion.. Not doubting, but intriguing nonetheless..
Because I read the filing that opened the lawsuit. As another poster explained a few posts ago, it isn't uncommon, but it doesn't always win. In this case, those liens were applied and agreed to by the company, so I'm not sure whether this angle is going to work for Auctus, but I'll be watching to see Desmairis's response.
