This is still news and shows they are making progress. As much an indicator of their intentions as anything else at this point

For me this is good news. It shows that the company is working seriously on further development. And not a typical dump and pump OTC stock, where PR is the only way to control the stock price in the short term. (Relief is not interested in the share price at the moment. This is about the successful FDA approval. That is the primary goal. After that you can get back to the stock price).
So, patience my friend ;-)

(I expect big news only shortly before the elections. But then a firework)
