You are absolutely correct. If we all live in the past, we all would be stuck in the past. If every penny stock lived in the past with no forward thinking for moving forward, there wouldn't be any stocks in the market to buy simply because their fate would already be predetermined.
I'm sure glad that BRTXQ and their team are optimistic about their future and not pessimistic.
