It"s grotesque. Excessive, premature, exploitative...adds to the negative public perception of the management as over-paid but under-performing, the company as over-hyped in service to SP in the short-term.
ohm, we probably do need these new hires. I would think that they are highly qualified in their fields of expertise. It's just that they shouldn't be compensated so exorbitantly.
If management is planning to hand out shares like candy, all who are willing should dress up in Halloween costumes and go knock on the door at headquarters.
