I’m very excited to end the week with a stock that many consider my bread and butter… a true gem that could deliver monstrous returns in a single day… The food and beverage industry is heating up with M&A. SDR Ventures tracked 93 transactions in the Food and Beverage industry during the fourth quarter of 2017, with a median multiple 12.3X EBITDA and 1.4X revenue.

And when you look at some of the deals we’ve seen over the last couple of years there is reason to be excited about the space.

For example, Dr. Pepper Snapple purchased BAI for $1.7B in 2017.

Due to health concerns from sugary drinks. Traditional beverage companies are looking at smaller vendors that young adults deem as a healthier option.

That said, there’s one up and coming company that is catering to young adults that could one day be a target acquisition.

Fernhill Beverage, Inc.

(OTC:FHBC) A beverage company that produces healthy drinks for children and young adults.

It’s got four main products at the moment: Purple Possum Parts; Green Gopher; Blue Raccoon Bits; and Red Fox.

It also makes Vitamin Packed RK Super, which is now found in 7-11 stores in Southern California. The drinks are available in the following flavors:

Awesome Apple; Get’em Grape; Fly’n Fruit Punch and Rocket Raspberry.

The firm is working on new distribution agreements for New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Illinois.

Over the last six months, Fernhill Beverage has been approached by several national discounters, as well as national grocery chains, inquiring about the Roadkill and Roadkill XL brands.
