My opinion is that Microsoft already has already paid trustee a price for a piece of LIQD. Liqdq went from filing chapter 11 to quickly filing chapter 7 and that’s why Giuliano reported 28 million prepetition assets for the company. Liqdq had zero preferred shares and very little debt. It settled for 4 million on a case from NJ. We just are waiting to see. There is very low float and nobody’s going to trade this stock. Why is short selling going up? You have to wonder?
