you don't know what you are talking about. read the objection. give me a break. there are objections in a variety of bk proceedings that don't "kill" the deal. they are modified often to address the burden of the objecting creditor. in this case, this guy is the ONLY creditor objecting on some precarious basis. he is a bitter former director who cashed out of most of his equity long ago. he is trying to thwart the bk proceedings to sweeten the deal for himself because auctus came in with a sweeter deal than he was offering, which was essentially not very beneficial to the company. his desire to have his plan accepted over auctus' but i don't think that will happen at all. there are many more than one way to skin a cat, which he doesn't seem to understand. he thinks that bk's can only go one way. i think his objections will be overruled like they were the first time he put them to the judge.
