had nothing to do with the outcome of the vote. there are no objections to the plan other than one. auctus has 51% voting power over the plan. do you think they would object to their own plan? lol none of the creditors other than one minor one objected. the judge already has approved all the preliminary bk docs. lol this bk is pretty much air tight. its down to the last week. there is only one more court date and that is for the judge to approve the plan. lol
