I am still waiting, since you are read up on SEC law, how a source very close to the company can tell you the company sold when the the T/A was gagged. How since there was no public filing with the SEC as you pointed out and how you can conclude it was to more non-accredited investors than the SEC allows and thereby prevents the company from ever being able to file as the company indicated is not a violation of SEC rules.
