No, the CEO is not Crackpot Religious, that was the old CEO that ran the company, John Brown.

Only thing wrong with the Brown is out conspiracy is that he remains Chairman of the Board, drawing close to a $300K salary.

Of course any past stock options he still holds are worthless - no problem just issue new ones.

Doesn't matter how old Brown is. He can hope into the company provided limo, attend the BOD meetings, and let Dunn, and whoever else is brought in to do the admin work. No matter his age, probably doesn't exhaust him to send out prayers to SHs on a Emailing list.

So is Dunn and his buddies from Viking or wherever trying to take over ZNOG by stealth? Or is it something a little more boring- Viking is about ready to go belly up. With Dunn and associated being refugees scurrying over to PMCB to find a new home?

So a serious question(s). If Viking "takes over" ZION, do you see them continuing to drill in Israel or moving on to someplace else? Seems to me that if ZN continues drilling in Israel after the "take over" then they would have to have some type of information that shows oil in Israel. If they choose to drill someplace else, then why not just start a new company rather than take over a company that has never produced anything and according to some doesnt have a good setup for an oil company?
