History repeats itself, you are right. Russians with a long history of pump and dumps don't get involved in a phony mining company because they think gold mining is ever going to happen. They get involved because dumping a couple hundred million shares on the heads of naive investors is damn easy money. Attorney's opinion letter, and those shares are suddenly unrestricted.....dump time will be here soon enough.
