I've called the company 5 times with three different phone numbers, tried everything possible to get someone on the phone and only get voice messages, no one is there.

I’m presuming that was just a sample to show that they already have the capability to produce it. It was probably a small test run 1) to check everything works ok and 2) to have something to prove that everything’s set up and working fine.
