"Disagreeing" with the Wording in LOI or Balance Sheet Documented in NETE Filings is a moot point. Mullen and Oleg agreed on the LOI. The Word LIABILITY was specifically used, not Asset. I Can't Imagine Mullen giving away an Asset and Oleg agreeing to 10 Million in Funding.

RXMD should get back to the business at hand as PPS should be Higher...Do what you do and do it well...
