Interesting. GMGI is being coached on the Up Listing process by someone. I see Up Listing to Nasdaq application process usually takes 4 to 6 weeks after the application is filed. So this could happen as soon.

Most OTC uplists get slotted in the Capital Market tier.

Capital Market use to be Small Cap Market. They just renamed it.
