Yes, a couple things have to happen:

You have to have about $3.8 million in your account
Hit “buy” button and hit “limit” at the price you want: 3.91 for example
Confirm your order
Wait for an accumulation of 500,000 shares to be sold by people hitting the “sell” button.

All kidding aside: I would assume this was an arranged trade. If not, an order that large would be filled in large chunks:..

This was most likely a private sale. I’ve seen that before

Editing my post: just had a thought. It could be the company that sold. Or someone inside sold. Either way,’it was an arranged deal
