Why do they need to acquire more? If they couldn't make the first mix of products work why trust them with another? Like I said before, they are doing the same thing now that they did before the reverse split. Acquire new products off the backs of shareholder losses. They need something new to promote because the old mix has not proven to be profitable. It does seem however that people ignore all of this for the promise of the huge payday. It is this that makes successful scams work in my opinion. Make your money on the pops if you can. Don't hold this very long because the outstanding share count is growing.
