Nice we can agree both CV Sciences and Surge Holdings are scams. We know that reading and understanding SEC filings of CV Sciences establishes we can read SEC filings of any other company just like Surge Holdings and understand these filings, and we can see the scam CV Sciences and Surge Holdings both are.
Both money losers,
Both lie to the Market.
Both pay for fake PR interviews over and over and over and over.
Both are self dealing.
Both CEOs have other companies they each own, and as owners have their other companies with contracts and rent agreements and Notes baring interest with respectively CV Sciences and Surge Holdings Inc., and as CEOs are thereby enriching themselves.
Both have CEOs who lie to the Market and to shareholders, as company PR information does not match SEC filings.
Both dilute company shares like mad.
Both have to borrow each month just to pay company Operations and both say so in their SEC filings.
Both CEOs make deal after deal after deal only to abandon each deal but say nothing more about those deals to the Market.
Both CEOs loan money to the company with Notes at 14%-15% interest.
Both CEOs own buildings which each rents to the company they're CEO of.
Both CEOs have a Lamborghini.
Both company stocks are down 85% from highs.
Both company CEOs bought advertising on the Times Square outside adverting board/building ad space advertising their company as Nasdaq listed, although neither company is nasdaq listed.
Both companies offer products which help people: CVSI with health products and SURG with a 'revolutionary' pre-paid Visa card that's just like all the visa cards out there, and pork rinds.
Both CEOs have previously been indicted for money laundering and fraud.
Both companies have performed two reverse mergers in the past.

Yet CVSI has gone from over $6 a share to well under .50? Hmmmmmmmmm, very interesting indeed.

You constantly say that CVSI is a scam. I dont see it? Is it because the price of the stock has dropped from "$6 to 0.50"? .. Charlottes Web has dropped from $20 to $3 .. is that a scam? What about Tilray? They dropped from $150 to $6 .. is that interesting too?

To me, when an entire sector is crashing like this, it doesn't mean these stocks are scams. It might mean something else is going on.
