Nothing happens until HALB gets funding. It's all about the money and HALB has none.

One would think with all of this "great news" since Hartman has taken over the s/p would have skyrocketed, why hasn't it?

the new R&D Agreement has not yet been confirmed by the Arizona State University.

It will never get confirmed but that will not stop Halberd from promoting it to sell worthless stock.
