"Dividends"? Yep, he did that here also. Here's an old post that sums them up:

There are three dividends from NSAV -

The 10% bonus shares that were given to all shareholders as of about May 29...that has been distributed.

The Hemp Beer dividend, with one share of HB per 17 shares of NSAV owned in September...which is now going to be distributed as Chif shares, soon. I doubt that it will still be one share of CHIF per 17 shares of NSAV, though. CHIF is currently at $.045...

The 7-Leaf dividend which has not been finalized. We should know more about that next week.

The shares given as dividends are generally restricted for at least 6 months, or maybe a year. That simply means you can't sell them until the time restriction is complete, although you do not need to sell them then.

I, and many others, actually received the NSAV dividends. They have been sitting in brokers accounts since then, seemingly, unable to be traded. Numbers given to them havn't converted to a ticker symbol. Calls to E-Trade have been fruitless.
