Hi Robert- could be best to go to your wallet and look for the blue chat icon at the bottom of the page if you scroll. Once clicked you can choose a live chat or to leave a message and have it returned.

Might just be a more direct route than going through Admin because I don't think Admin here has much to do with it, but I could be mistaken about that.

I'm not implying that Janice would send you on a wild goose chase, or throw up a red herring or two; she does love some Plus1 however =)
