I did some research here after the volume out of no where yesterday popped up on my radar. It seems the recent CEO of KGRI is raising funds with accredited investors, see the following links:

They seem very high on the development of a disruptive service and technology to bridge the gap between on-line e-commerce and brick & mortar shopping – The Next Generation of e-Commerce that's listed there. It seems to have come live and looks to be a game changer maybe in the post covid world.

Could Nash be using the KGRI as the exit ticker for the equity raise? And if so it looks like the eShop technology could catch on.

I took only a 5 million share starter here, will watch what plays out.
