#41028 RE: scubastevemd #41026

As I have posted elsewhere today the thing holding PLUG back from significant rise to and beyond $20 is that they only have the two mega deals (Walmart and Amazon).

Even with these Amazon has only just started to actually ramp up deployments as we will see this quarter, both have plenty of the $600m "contracted" to go as well.

We have a number of tier 2 customers (pedestal clients?) like Home Depot Lowes and Kroger along with Southern Company for GenSure.

PLUG needs to turn all these pilots and partnership exercises into major commitments.

Only talking the Fuel Cell business at the moment as it seems Giner had a number of deals around the world - hopefully their sales etam can teach the PLUG team a thing or two.

Lightening systems has to get a major order - may be converting Rivian or Mercedes vans for Amazon but what would be better is for other customers like Ryder or FedEx I am not knwedgeable enough of the class 3 trucking giants at the moment

Get Carrefour in Europe to commit to roll out across their supply chain.

Get an Asian grocer or online retailer to commit like Amazon and Walmart.

Not expecting mega deals from GSE but port authorities could be a "tier 2" type customer.

Within the US - the USPS Sorting office should be closing they themselves said it was less than 12months ROI - so the new guy should immediate order to save money and be more "commercial like".

Secure some Datacenter back ups with a well known Cloud computing iant - doesn't have to be Microsoft or (yet again) Amazon, how about Rackspace?

I would like who ever. wins the USPS delivery vehicle deal to be asked to include FCEV options but we would have to bid against others unless included in Workhorses bid as an option.

So Jack is right at the moment. The potential is huge - which has driven us to these lofty heights and just one of these orders would send us higher. I doubt now that a Q3 based on the numbers they are suggesting will do much more than justify this price even if we are in GAAP positive (which I doubt due to cost of mergers and warrants)

Andy has us at the 10 yard line with 6 plays to get a touchdown, can he deliver?
