With a 250 million AS and 138 million OS I see absolutely no reason why they would have to do that. The way they're growing and putting into action their expansion plans. The company is still fairly under the radar so it's going to take a little time to get discovered but once we start seeing real numbers come in from their quarterly reports this is going to fly in my opinion so I definitely don't see them doing that.
That wouldn’t bother me, would stabilize the price. My understanding is it only takes .25 to get to The highest level of OTC which I think is QX? Nasdaq is a different story...I would expect 1 to 2 years before that would be possible just from a pattern of financial reporting history.
I would hope they would not dilute at this price. What is unknown is how they plan to make the purchase of the $5M company, unless I missed something. If they dilute and the acquisition is accretive to the top and bottom lines then it should not matter. It is hard to grow a business without dilution, unless you can find the capital elsewhere.
