i've gotten plenty of divvy's before in the otc. only thing is they reverse split everything and dont lift the legend on it making it worthless to even attempt to get them, or whatever they give you in a divvy never comes to fruition. only got lucky once where the dumbass ceo from big apple must of forgot to reverse split the stock. after a 2 year legend expired i had to file a 144k with the t/a, get my stock sent physically to me and send that as well to the t/a. then back to me with free trading stock that i had to send back to the broker. whole process took about 5 weeks. and cost me about $150 in fees and over nite postage.
was a nice paycheck, but the dumbass soon caught on about 2 months later when he must of noticed all the stock movement and he wasnt the one selling. also, didnt help that i was spreading the word to everyone who had that divvy. i had a board set up on ihub where i was showing everyone how to do it. gotta be easily around 15 years ago. could never find what ihub did with my board though. but anyway filing a 144k is easy just time consuming when it involves an otc pink pos.
