lol...I have had the pleasure of being involved in three scams: NDOL/NWOG...IPRE/IPEI...GHTI

by now...I can smell a scam a mile away. IPKL smells like roses. The company has no cash flow or income at the moment, so it is necessary for them to dilute. And the CEO will openly admit it. There are plenty of pinky companies that already HAVE cash flow yet continue to dilute...and on top of that...lie about it. :) All is well with IPKL. If you disagree, sell your shares and move on. Go with your instinct.
