Welcome albertaguy, Alberta one of my favorite places. Welcome to the buck club. This group of investors are committing to hold until SIRC reaches a buck and the purpose of this is to choke the float, less fish in the pond.
Once the real flood of buyers start coming in there wont be much left and price will move up quick and high....
