omg do the math on dividend...the shares we're getting are miniscule...and the friggin' 10m preferreds will serve as the control block for the merging CLX entity...hence they will never be converted.

And finally, the valuation metrics big money applies here will solely be based on the amount of O/S in play not the A/S glty
