Yes. Investors and incoming revenue are PAYING for results. It needs to be also reworded to be RESULTS based compensation and delete any occurrence of incentive.
The incentive is to arrive at results at which time you get compensated.
Definitely no bonus shares until we can actually sell something.
Further,the very few people in the bonus pool already own millions of shares they never bought. They also receive salaries and are paid to get the product on the market. If the product gets to market, they are simply doing their jobs and, IMO, their reward is an increased share price on the millions of shares they already own.
