I think it prob started on 5/29 when they first disclosed the LOI..

The filing yesterday was interesting but as cool as a dividend is that’s icing on the proverbial cake....the relationship with CLX health is what we’re (most people) here for and it’s seeming more and more like that’s a done deal with each passing week
