I own 35 million restricted shares also. Josh has told me that restricted shares become unrestricted and you can add them to your open shares after 2 years after purchase or 6 months after financials get completed. So if your passed the date, go through a broker or TDameritrade is a broker and get those restricted shares transfered to open/unrestricted shares, I know there is a way. There is legalities in this and 2 years is your timeline, if you have had your restricted shares over 2 years without fins than you should be working on getting all of the company unrestricted right now.
