Well those fools are us - the retail investors and we do not have any say.

This allotment will be approved for sure and NP will grant himself some 5-10 million shares after the vote.

He is stupid when it comes to CEO like behavior but smart when it comes to earn money for himself.

Let’s assume that he has some conscious and will deliver some good results.

Black-Ops that is an excellent idea about the shares and a spokesperson I have been saying all along we need someone else to deliver our PR’s NP can still be on TV to introduce he or she then let them take it from there. As far as today goes I’m hopeful for really good news but it will be more of the same updates and timelines we have been getting. Which may not be all that bad considering most of the good news seems to drop the SP so we will find out soon

Black-Ops, I am on-board with that plan. We need some significant news, not another projected timeline. At some point "the deadline" needs to be today! I really expected a significant p.r. this morning to substantiate this request, particularly before the meeting.

I like the tiered milestone based targets with fixed thresholds. The more the stock is valued at that time, the more the payoff. I would actually tier down the percentages over time because of this same reason.

Additionally, there should be a clause in BOLD written that effectively says, "Any shareholder in a position to benefit directly or indirectly from these compensation proposals is forbidden to vote their shares."

I think that this proposal in the least flies against the Pourhassan claim of transparency. I can’t believe that the desire to use 25% of the proposed 100 million increase was unknown at the time of the July meeting. But CYDY chose to only discuss that maybe 10 million would be used to raise funds. Very off putting.

I agree with your post 100%. I am a hard NO on this item unless something changes majorly between now and the vote.

To be clear for the board's purposes, however, the current incentive pool is 25M. They've issued all but 800,000 of that pool, and the remaining 800K is not sufficient to cover promises already made (i.e., incentives already granted). The ask is to double the size of the current pool, from 25M to 50M (so an additional 25M of authorized incentive shares).

Given that they just authorized another 100M shares, it's somewhat galling to now ask to use 1/4 of those shares for an equity pool.
