IMO, wait for the Bottom 0.0001 to get in since it is an Huge diluting stock and the OS will soon be 1.5B shares which is very high comparing to PUGE and TWNE etc. peers!

Buying TSTS at its 52-week-low 0.0001 = buying TWNE at 0.08 (current price) = buying PUGE at 0.0002 (today's low)!

Buying TSTS at its 52-week-high 0.0003 = buying TWNE at 0.24 = buying PUGE at 0.0006!

In another word TSTS is much much more expensive than TWNE and PUGE etc peers.!

TSTS has 1,275,359,436 shares Huge OS!
